AND INTERVENTION
Every company and organization is a unique system
with it’s own distinctive elements and rules of operation.
Assessing and understanding these rules, whether they are overt
or covert, is vital to the executives in charge.
Our approach to organizational development rests soundly upon data
driven strategic interventions. We use an array of scientific assessment
methods to identify forces at work affecting both the organization’s
functioning and the people involved with the organization, either
as employees or as customers. The assessment results are then used
to design an action plan with organization specific interventions
to ameliorate identified problems and facilitate planned transformation.
We also partner and follow through with our clients in the ground
level implementation of these data driven action plans.
